Dr. Ghazala Qadri addressed each question with depth and clarity, offering a structured Islamic and practical framework that emphasized balance between deen and dunya, the importance of intention (niyyah), and self-awareness in decision-making. She highlighted that true success lies in closeness to Allah, purification of the self, and benefiting others, while also guiding students on overcoming self-doubt, building leadership confidence, and developing emotional intelligence as a core leadership skill.
