As part of Beacon of Wisdom 2026 at Minhaj College for Women, Dr. Ghazala Qadri delivered an inspiring lecture titled “Navigating the Power of Self-Reflection and Personal Growth.” The session focused on the importance of Muhasabah (self-accountability) as the foundation of spiritual, moral, and intellectual development.

Dr. Ghazala Qadri emphasized that true personal growth is achieved through continuous self-reflection, sincere intention, and the practical transformation of knowledge into character and action. She highlighted that knowledge is a trust, and its true value is reflected in a person’s behavior, manners, and service to others.

The lecture explored personal growth in Islam through three key dimensions: spiritual development through strengthening connection with Allah Almighty, moral refinement through good character and conduct, and intellectual growth through lifelong learning and purposeful pursuit of knowledge. Students were encouraged to adopt discipline, humility, self-control, and consistency in their daily lives, and to view education as a means of becoming better servants of Allah and responsible members of society.
