On the first day of Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2025, Dr. Ghazala Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League International, warmly welcomed participants from across the country, extending special appreciation to the central team, including Ms. Lubna Mushtaq, Irshad Iqbal, and Saima Noor, for their efforts in organizing the event.
She emphasized that organizational stability is a key foundation for success, noting that no organization can be perfect and continuous improvement is essential at every level. Strong leadership, consistent follow-through, and a clear mission are vital, and the League’s strength lies in committed workers who advance the mission with sincerity and responsibility. Dr. Ghazala Qadri stressed that understanding the purpose of one’s service ensures lasting stability and enables the effective propagation of the mission.
She highlighted the qualities of a da’iyah, explaining that a sincere worker must internalize her purpose, which strengthens her commitment to the organization and its objectives. Drawing on personal experience, she shared how her mother prioritized the work of Dawah throughout her life, emphasizing that ultimate accountability lies in following the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ. She reminded participants that Dawah is a Fard-e-Ayn, as obligatory as prayer and fasting, and that modern tools like mobile phones and social media increase the responsibility to spread the message of Islam effectively. She encouraged participants to use resources like Irfan-ul-Quran to guide their work.
Referencing Sheikh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri’s recent speech, Dr. Ghazala Qadri emphasized that the Women League is part of a renewal movement for religious revival and that sincere contributions are rewarded by Allah Almighty and the Prophet ﷺ. She reassured participants that opposition is natural but workers must remain steadfast as companions in the mission. She also stressed the importance of gratitude, explaining that Allah Almighty increases blessings for those who are thankful, and that gratitude should manifest in sharing resources, supporting colleagues, and fostering teamwork.
Dr. Ghazala Qadri provided practical guidance for effective organizational work, emphasizing that each participant must understand her responsibilities, maintain clear communication, and ensure proper planning, coordination, and documentation. Strengthening the structure from local units to the district level while maintaining continuous communication with the central office was highlighted as essential. She reiterated that the ultimate duty remains Dawah-e-Ilallah wa al-Rasool ﷺ, and that a strong system ensures challenges can be addressed efficiently. She concluded with the hope that Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2025 would serve as a historic milestone in the spiritual, intellectual, and organizational development of women activists, equipping them to serve the mission with sincerity, commitment, and excellence.
