Dr. Ghazala Qadri concluded her group visits during the Al-Burj Workshops, where a total of 11 groups, each consisting of 25 participants, actively engaged in dynamic discussions. With 275 members participating, the workshops addressed key challenges such as field organizational issues, developing new teams, and handling non-responsive members.

Each group, guided by scenarios provided by the Central MWL team, presented their strategies and solutions for these challenges. Dr. Ghazala visited every group, attentively listening to their plans and providing suggestions and guidance to enhance their approaches.
