On Monday, February 17, Minhaj Women League Denmark and Minhaj Sisters League Denmark organized a special reception and luncheon in honor of Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri (Chairman of the Supreme Council, Minhaj-ul-Quran International). Upon his arrival, children expressed their reverence by showering flower petals, creating a heartfelt and memorable atmosphere.

The event was hosted by Anisa Shaheen, Vice President of Minhaj Women League Denmark, who skillfully conducted the proceedings and warmly welcomed Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri.

On this occasion, Bushra Parveen, President of Minhaj Women League Denmark, introduced her team and delivered a brief speech. In her address, she stated that Minhaj Women League is an organization dedicated to serving Islam and promoting the intellectual and spiritual development of women. Our mission is to create a social environment where women can progress in accordance with Islamic teachings and showcase their abilities. We take pride in being part of this mission and are determined to continue working together with Minhaj Sisters League to serve the faith.

The event saw active participation from the leaders and members of Minhaj Women League and Minhaj Sisters League, including Farhat Shaheen (General Secretary, Minhaj Women League Denmark), Kanwal Butt (Finance Secretary, Minhaj Women League Denmark), Qamar-un-Nisa (President, Minhaj Women League Valby Center), Anisa Shaheen (President, Minhaj Women League NV Center), Komal Hussain (General Secretary, Minhaj Women League NV Center), Farhana Imtiaz (President, Minhaj Women League Amager Center), Aisha Raja (General Secretary, Minhaj Women League Amager Center), Tabassum Najeeb (Event Coordinator), and Shamsa Noor (Coordinator of Dawah and Tarbiyah).

The event commenced with a beautiful recitation of the Holy Quran by Falisha Shah, setting a spiritual tone for the gathering. This was followed by a soulful group recitation of a naat by Minhaj Sisters, which deeply moved the audience.

Hania Sajjad, General Secretary of Minhaj Sisters League, introduced her executive team and expressed her gratitude to Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri. In her message, she emphasized that Minhaj Sisters League is committed to serving Islam with dedication. Our efforts are not merely organizational activities but a religious and spiritual mission. We will continue working alongside Minhaj Women League to further this noble cause and devote our abilities to this great purpose.

Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri delivered an inspiring and insightful speech on this occasion. He highlighted the remarkable services and mission of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Commending the efforts of Minhaj Women League and Minhaj Sisters League, he stressed the importance of religious, educational, and social development for women. He stated that the work being done by Minhaj Women League and Minhaj Sisters League to uplift women intellectually and spiritually is truly commendable. Islam has bestowed great honor and status upon women, and it is our duty to support each other, work together, and strive for positive change in society. The mission of Minhaj-ul-Quran is unity, love, and service to religion, and you all are living examples of this vision.

Towards the end of the event, a special prayer was offered, and a cake was cut in celebration of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri’s birthday. This dignified gathering was a beautiful expression of love, devotion, and unity, where all attendees reaffirmed their commitment to the mission of Minhaj-ul-Quran. The event was not only a tribute to Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri but also an effort to strengthen the collaboration between Minhaj Women League and Minhaj Sisters League. The attendees regarded the event as a memorable and successful occasion and expressed their enthusiasm for organizing more such gatherings in the future.
