Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, addressed the two-day “Al-Tarbiyyah” Camp 2024, organized by the Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League at the central secretariat. He emphasized that achieving goals necessitates not only good intentions and hard work but also excellent training. He stated that good intentions alone, without the right skills and methodology, cannot lead to success. He added that the secret behind the development of today's advanced world lies in their superior skills and training.
Without training, hard work merely becomes laborious, he said.
Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri Qadri further explained that training cultivates self-confidence and perseverance. The development of an individual or society is impossible without proper training. The Quran, he said, refers to this need for training as “Tazkiyah Nafs,” which means the protection and cultivation of morality and character, adding that acquiring education and training is indispensable for performing religious duties in their true spirit. He congratulated the women who had gathered for training purposes.
Dr. Ghazala Hassan Qadri, President of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, in her address, highlighted that any responsibility given implies the need to expand one’s sphere of influence and convey the mission’s message to every doorstep. She said that effective planning for achieving goals is the foremost duty of an official. A well-trained workforce ensures the achievement of objectives. She held that training helps overcome challenges and remove obstacles. It fosters courage and enhances capabilities.
The President of the Women League, Dr. Farah Naz, and Vice President Sidra Karamat also shared their thoughts during the training camp. Other key leaders, including Umm Habiba Ismail, Aneela Ilyas, Ayesha Mubashar, Ayesha Shabbir, Lubna Mushtaq, and Rafiah Urooj Malik, were also present at the camp.
