The Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2024, organized by the Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (MWL) Pakistan, was graced by Dr. Ghazala Qadri, the President of Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League International. The event, designed to empower field leaders, aimed at enhancing their skills in decision-making, problem-solving, and long-term planning, aligning their team goals with organizational objectives. The camp also focused on evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement, fostering growth and efficiency within the organization.

The event began with the registration of field leaders and workers at a dedicated camp set up at the main gate. Dr. Farah Naz, President of MWL Pakistan, along with Vice President Sidra Karamat and other central team members, gave a warm welcome to Dr. Ghazala Qadri and the participating field leaders of MWL Pakistan.

Session Highlights:

1. Youth Leadership Roundtable:

In the first session, Dr. Ghazala Qadri conducted an exclusive Youth Leadership Roundtable for the Mustafavi Students Movement (MSM) Sisters Pakistan. This interactive session allowed the students to engage with Dr. Qadri, asking insightful questions about balancing their Islamic identity with the challenges they face in student life.

2. Inspiring Lecture for Field Leaders:

The second session saw a warm reception for Dr. Ghazala Qadri by MWL Pakistan’s field leaders in the main hall, where she delivered an exclusive and motivating lecture, inspiring the attendees with her insights and guidance. Dr. Ghazala Qadri’s lecture focused on Leadership Beyond Titles, emphasizing that leadership is defined by influence, responsibility, and the ability to inspire, not formal roles. She highlighted that anyone can lead by being accountable and fulfilling their duties.

Dr. Ghazala stressed the importance of global awareness and adapting to societal changes, ensuring leadership remains relevant. She outlined key leadership components, including clear objectives and responsibility, while urging leaders to stay focused and accountable.

She also emphasized the mission of the MQI Women League, encouraging effective event planning, new member engagement, and ensuring all efforts reflect Minhaj-ul-Quran’s values. Dr. Ghazala’s session highlighted leadership as a privilege that requires vision, trustworthiness, empathy, and continuous spiritual growth, with a focus on serving humanity and upholding obedience to Allah.

3. Question-and-Answer Session:

After Asr prayer, Dr. Ghazala Qadri engaged with the audience in an exclusive Question-and-Answer session. This interactive session allowed participants to voice their concerns and receive practical guidance, creating a platform for meaningful dialogue and personal growth.

4. Spiritual Session:

The first day of Al-Tarbiyah 2024 concluded with a spiritually enriching session graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Ghazala Qadri and Ms. Durrah-tuz-Zahraa. His Eminence Shaykh-ul-Islam Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri congratulated the MWL team and offered heartfelt guidance (nasihah) to inspire and elevate their spiritual journey. The session also featured soul-stirring recitations and performances of naats and nasheeds by Qaria Sidra Anwar, Hafiza Rabia Shafiq, and other nasheed artists.

The Al-Tarbiyah Camp 2024 proved to be an enriching experience, strengthening the leadership skills of MWL Pakistan’s field leaders and promoting personal and professional growth in line with the values and goals of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
