Under the department of WOICE , Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League Tehsil Jhelum has started their second stitching course at Minhaj Islamic Center Saila Jhelum for two months. Miss Sadia Mehmood does drafting along sewing and guides the students about the technical problems of the sewing machine. WOICE Hunar Ghar aims to empower women and make them stand on their feet.
