A Milad ceremony was held by MWL Faisalabad where central leader Ms. Aneela Ilyas delivered a speech. She said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was raised as a prophet of mercy and compassion for the entire humanity. He said by following his Sunnah, we not only ensure success in this world but also in the hereafter. He said Muslims hold the person of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) more dear to them than anything else, stating doing so is the sign of the completion of the faith. She said one could not be a true believer until he/she loves the Prophet (PBUH) more than anyone else.

Ms. Aneela Ilyas paid rich tribute to Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for his leading role in making the youth aware of the Islamic teachings of peace and warning them of the dangers of extremism. She congratulated the local chapter on holding the Milad event on an annual basis.
