A photo gallery is established in the Suffa Hall of the central secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Qur'an, on the religious, renewal, and humanitarian services of The founder and patron of Tehreek Minhaj-ul-Qur'an, Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri from the platform of Tehreek Minhaj-ul-Quran.

The gallery was inaugurated on the occasion of the 72nd birthday of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri by Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohiuddin Qadri along with Dr. Asghar Zaidi, Orya Maqbool Jan, Mazhar Barlas, Sofia Bedar, Nasir Sherazi, Rabi Pirzada, Brigadier (R) Iqbal Ahmed Khan, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Dr. Farah Naz, Sidra Karamat, Lehrasib Gondal Advocate, Mian Imran Kamiana, Raheela Rasheed.

The gallery has been titled Safar-e-Tajdid, which highlights Shaykh-ul-Islam's life journey from his childhood till now and his services spanning four decades through photographs. Selection of pictures and all matters were arranged by Minhaj-ul-Qur'an Women's League.

Vice President MWL Ms. Sidra Karamat and Director FMRi Rana Farooq remained the spearheads behind the gallery project along with a team who worked under their keen supervision. Ms. Sidra and Br. Rana hosted the entire inauguration ceremony sharing insight about the entire gallery project. They shared the purpose of making this pictorial gallery and with their inspiring talk, they made this ceremony a big success.

Nazim-e-Ala MQI Khurram Nawaz Gandapur spoke to the audience and welcomed all the worthy guests who became part of the historic ceremony. While appreciating the efforts of MWL's initiative of the gallery project he said that the "Pictorial Gallery is a labor of Love by Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League."

Orya Maqbool Jan, a renowned analyst, and columnist addressed the ceremony and said that "Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri is a personality who is acknowledged in the western world also. His life needs to be shown to people so they seek inspiration from him."

Sofia Bedar, a renowned poet, and a columnist, was very appreciative of MWL's working worldwide and said that "MWL presents the miraculous personality of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul Qadri and this duty has been assigned to them by Allah Almighty."

Vice Chancellor GCU Lahore Dr. Asghar Zaidi also spoke to the audience and expressed his pleasure to be part of this historic event. He admired the way Shaykh-ul-Islam's life has been documented, which he said is worthy of appreciation.

Khurram Elahi, a Ph.D. scholar and host at Nukta PTV, while speaking at the inauguration ceremony shared his worthy view in these words "It is a great blessing that the achievements and efforts we used to study from 300 years back about the great contributions of the legendary Islamic scholars, can be seen in the life of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul qadri."

The country's first Sikh Ph.D., Kalyan Singh also addressed the inauguration ceremony. He said that "Shaykh-ul-Islam's treatment and relation with the non-Muslim communities is the true reflection of prophetic teachings and the relations with non-Muslims."

While speaking to the audience, Secretary General Majlis-e-Wahdat-ul-Muslimeen Nasir Sherazi said that "the person stays forever whose life is the reflection of the love of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) and his household, and indeed Shaykh-ul-Islam is one of such personalities."
