Minhaj-ul-Quran International India organized a 𝑊𝑜𝑟𝑘𝑒𝑟𝑠 𝐶𝑜𝑛𝑣𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 for Minhaj Women League India's volunteers on 26th March, 2022. The event was attended by women volunteers who had gathered to listen to speakers at Minhaj centers and halls in different parts of India. The MWL gatherings were held in cities belonging to the states of Jammu & Kashmir, New Delhi, Punjab, Chandigarh, Manipur, UP, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Kutch, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerala, etc.

In her talk, Dr Ghazala Hassan Qadri, president of MWL International, said, "The mission and purpose of MQI is to reinforce the message of Islam according to the requirements of the times. The revival of Islam was not possible without the involvement of women, hence 𝘔𝘞𝘓 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘩𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘺𝘬𝘩 𝘶𝘭 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘮 𝘋𝘳. 𝘛𝘢𝘩𝘪𝘳-𝘶𝘭-𝘘𝘢𝘥𝘳𝘪 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯 which had been forgotten in religious circles.

Dr Ghazala Hassan Qadri said that previously the religious circles had almost no presence of women and the secular movements were on the other extreme. She said that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri helped to restore the rights of women that were given by Islam and provided them with representation in religious circles. She said that in the Seerah we find that Sahabiyat were active members of society and even participated in Ghazwat. Hence, 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘺𝘬𝘩-𝘶𝘭-𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘮 𝘳𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘪𝘤 𝘮𝘰𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺.

While mentioning the challenges of the modern times, President MWL International said that individual efforts can't produce the desired effect in spreading good and preventing the society from evil. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘦𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺, she added.

Dr Ghazala Hassan Qadri mentioned Surah Fatiha wherein we asked for Sirat al-Mustaqim as the path of righteous. The leadership of the organization that we become part of is important as it gives direction and vision to its followers. "𝘔𝘞𝘓 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 person 𝘰𝘧 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘺𝘬𝘩 𝘶𝘭 𝘐𝘴𝘭𝘢𝘮 𝘋𝘳. 𝘛𝘢𝘩𝘪𝘳 𝘶𝘭 𝘘𝘢𝘥𝘳𝘪 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘦𝘦𝘯. 𝘏𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘭𝘺", she mentioned.

Dr Ghazla Hassan Qadri said that one of the greatest challenges of our times is that we are living in an age where despite advanced communication, there is growing intolerance among people of various sects and religions. Even within the homes and families, there is disunity and lack of acceptance. She said that we are fortunate to have the platform of MQI, which gave us the culture of tolerance. 𝘔𝘘𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴.

President MWL International suggested that 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘔𝘞𝘓 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘸𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯. She said that if there are Aalimas available in their areas then gatherings of knowledge can be arranged for women and children. "Halaqat e Durud is the easiest way to get connected and can be done everywhere where MWL is having its presence", she added further. Towards the end, she made dua for acceptance of the efforts.
