MQI founding leader Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said the basis of our faith is the person of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He said every belief and deed that forms the collection of teachings called Islam has been derived from the Sunnah and Seerah of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He said the whole journey of faith in Islam lies in unconditional obedience to the prophetic teachings.
In their speeches, MWL leaders said remembrance holds an important place in human life. They said the hearts and minds that remain busy in remembrance of Allah Almighty and His Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) are enlightened with 'noor', wisdom and insight and such people become the favorite of Lord.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri congratulated Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League on successfully holding Mawlid-un-Nabi ﷺ Conferences throughout the country as part of Milad Plan 2019. He said the scholars, office-holders, and workers are rendering commendable services to spread the message of obedience to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
Central President Ms. Farah Naz, senior scholar Ayesha Shabbir, Sidra Karamat, Saima Noor and Adeeba Shahzadi addressed Seerat-un-Nabi ﷺ conferences in Sargodha, Jhelum, Deepalpur, Shor Kot, Rawala Kot respectively. These conferences were attended by women belonging to different walks of life.
Addressing a conference in Deepalpur, Ms. Sidra Karamat said if we want to become successful not only in this world but also in the hereafter, then we will have to enlighten our hearts with the love of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Ms. Saima Noor said in her speech in Shorkot that the holy companions were among the most fortunate and exalted human beings. He said their status and success lay in obedience to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). They used to be ready to sacrifice everything including their life at a small signal from their mentor and guide. She said any faithful who is blessed with prophetic love will be successful in all his endeavors in both the worlds.
Ms. Adeeba Shahzad, who addressed a conference in Rawalakot, said that every action, intention and form of worship that could be instrumental in salvation of humans is associated with the person of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and subject to his endorsement and acceptance. She said it is for this reason that the Holy Quran has reiterated the message that obedience to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is in fact obedience to Allah Almighty. The love of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is love of Allah and his pleasure is the pleasure of Almighty. She said disobedience of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is disobedience of Allah Almighty.
These conferences concluded with the recitation of the greetings and salutations.
