By the Grace of Almighty Allah (SWT) and His Beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) Minhaj-ul-Quran Sisters & Women League (The Hague, Netherlands) organized a Milaad Mehfil-e-Naat in the centre of The Hague. The program took place on 25th of December. Approximately 200 ladies attended this program.

The program was hosted by sister Adeela Nazir. She welcomed everyone and thanked the audience for attending the event. She did not only host the program but uplifted everyone with beautiful different hadiths and different short naats. Everyone was given an opportunity to recite a naat. The program started with a tilawat by sister Bisma Ahmad and a hamd by Tehmina Mian.

Different sisters and aunties read a naat and showed their love for Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). In the program 3 short lectures were delivered. First lecture was by Aisha Ahmad, a youngh sister of Minhaj Sister League. She gave beautiful short lecture in Urdu and explained about the status of Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Second lecture was of sister Azmi Latif from Minhaj-ul-Quran Rotterdam. She explained in Dutch how to connect to Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) by reading durood and salaam. Third lecture was by Baji Shabana Ali Khaliq. She explained in a beautiful way how to act and work for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

At the end Naheed Malik, president of Women League explained short about the donation that we need to maintain the centre in The Hague. Rubina Butt ended the program with salaam and dua was did by Shabana Ali.

During the program we arranged a program special for the kids so they would not be bored and could learn in joyful way how to celebrate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). They had the option to play, watch cartoon movie or colors some Islamic draws.

Food was served at the end. It was a successful program with positive feedback from the women and sisters who were present.
