The series of Manqabats continued with Sister Rukhsana reciting Durood Sharif with verses related to Imam Hussain (AS) and his character to commemorate His selfless sacrifice in the way of Islam. She also recited the kalaam 'Mein to Panjtan Ki Ghulam Hu' which reignited the Sister’s love for our Beloved Prophet (PBUH) and the Lady of Paradise' Dear Family. 'Karbal Ki Hai Yaad Ayi' was recited this also very heart touching.

Leaving the audience struck by the beautiful character of Sayyeda Fatima (AS) Sister Rubina invited the guest speaker Sister Mariam Hashmi. She delivered a speech that covered the tragic events of Karbala. She spoke in depth and highlighted the finer details, which very few people are aware of. After informing the audience of the more detailed event, she talked about the sacrifices of the Ahlul Bayt and their service towards the Ummah, and how Muslims should look more towards serving the Ummah in whatever way they can.

Sister Rubina and Sister Saima talked about the importance of knowledge and promoted the educational classes taking place at the Minhaj-ul-Quran Centre, Bradford.

All the Sisters sent Salaam upon our Beloved Prophet (SAW) as well as on the martyrs of Karbala. Dhikr of Almighty Allah was led by Sister Rehana Ilyas (MWL Bradford General Secretary). After having refreshed ourselves with Dhikr, Sister Mariam made a Dua for Muslims across the world.
