Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri on Monday called for ‘live and let live’ policy to reduce apprehensions between India and Pakistan. Dr Qadri, who is on a visit to participate in an International Sufi conference in India, said there should be a transparent and open discussion between the two countries on issues like Kashmir, Pathankot attack, Mumbai attacks or involvement of India in terrorism in Balochistan and Sindh. Dr Qadri further said that India and Pakistan should find a mechanism together to fight extremism existing in both the countries, whether it originates from Hindu extremists, Muslim extremists or other sources.
